• Republish material from Architect's Time Saver (excluding your own generated Output).
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the website for the purpose of training competing machine learning models.
• Use automated means to "scrape" the Service or exceed rate limits.

4. Use of AI Service (The "AI Disclaimer")

The Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide automated assistance specifically for Azure cloud application design.

• Scope of Service: This Website is designed for IT and Cloud Architecture purposes only.
• Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI models may produce "hallucinations" or factually incorrect technical configurations, including deprecated Azure services or invalid syntax.
• IT Consulting Context: SOKOLAI B.V. is an IT Consulting firm. While the Company provides professional cloud architecture consulting as a separate service, this Website is an automated tool and does not constitute a consulting engagement.
• No Professional Advice: The Output provided by this Website does not constitute professional IT, security, or legal advice.
• Human-in-the-Loop: You are required to review and verify the accuracy of all Output with a qualified Azure Solutions Architect before implementation in any production environment.
• Similarity of Output: Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users, and the Service may generate the same or similar output for other users.

5. Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Search engines;
• News organizations;
• Online directory distributors.

We may consider and approve other link requests from commonly known consumer/business information sources if we determine that the link would not reflect unfavorably on us.

• Financial Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or €100, whichever is greater.
• Free Tier: For users of our free version, our liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.

To provide the Service, the data you provide (Input), in full or in part, may be transmitted to and processed by external third-party services. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the following providers:

• LLM Providers: Microsoft (Azure/Foundry), Google, Anthropic, Mistral, and Ollama (if hosted externally).
• Technical Documentation & Search: Microsoft Learn (via MCP server).
• Pricing & Metadata: Microsoft Azure Pricing API.

These third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms if you have concerns regarding data residency or processing.
